About us
A Belgian consultancy built on European e-commerce experience
NGB BV was founded by a Belgian marketing professional with hands-on experience in European e-commerce, social media advertising and affiliate marketing.
We started NGB BV because we saw the same pattern again and again: sellers from China with strong products and competitive prices, held back in Europe by unfamiliar platforms, languages, consumer expectations and regulations.
As a company registered in Belgium — in the heart of the EU — we combine local market knowledge with a working understanding of how Chinese e-commerce businesses operate. We are deliberately a consultancy, not an agency network: you deal directly with the people doing the work.

Governing law and terms
All offers, agreements and services of NGB BV are governed by Belgian law. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts competent for the registered office of NGB BV. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date.
Nature of our services
NGB BV provides marketing and business consultancy services. We do not provide regulated legal, tax or financial advice; where such advice is needed, we refer clients to qualified professionals.

What data we process
This website does not use analytics or marketing cookies and does not collect data automatically beyond standard server logs of our hosting provider. When you contact us by email or WeChat, we process the contact details and business information you provide (such as your name, company name, email address and the content of your message).
Why we process it
- To respond to your enquiry and communicate with you (legal basis: legitimate interest, or pre-contractual steps at your request);
- To prepare, conclude and perform a service agreement (legal basis: performance of a contract);

Retention
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and up to two years thereafter. Data relating to contracts and invoices is retained for the periods required by Belgian accounting and tax law (generally seven to ten years).
Sharing and transfers
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers necessary for our operations (such as email, hosting and accounting providers) and with authorities where legally required. Where communication takes place via WeChat, data may be processed outside the European Economic Area by the operator of that platform under its own privacy terms.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability.
